Request for Help

Can someone out there in the blogosphere tell me what a blog feed is? How does it work? Is it something I should be utilizing? And if so, how do I go about it? I'm lost on this one :(

I use Google Reader to read the blogs and I highly recommend it!
www.google.com/reader

As soon as someone updates their blog, it shows up on the left. I also subscribe to news feeds. As soon as there is article in the news (any newspaper in the US and England) about preeclampsia, it will show up on the left as well. So, can see there are 2 articles about preeclampsia right now.
After you read a blog post (or whatever it is that you subscribe to), it will disappear. As you can see, I have a lot of things to read today. Try it!

Gosh, I am sorry for all the spelling errors in the previous post. I just came back from the dentist and I am so drugged up.
You can add any blog to Google Reader, not just blogs on blogspot.
I hope you like it!

I also use google reader and love it. I ma able to follow a lot of blogs without spending a lot of time opening each individual blog. And then I have a sitemeter on my blog that shows me how people got to my blog.

You need to go to Feedburner.com and sign your blog up. It walks you through how to claim your blog and then you can put a RSS Feed button on your blog so people can easily add it to their blog reader (Google Reader, Yahoo, or whatever). Email me, if you have any other questions. :)
